It is a residence of 90m2 with living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms. It is located just in front of the common pool!! It has a spacious shaded veranda with view to the sea and the pool and has also a private BBQ area. It can accommodate 4 persons. It has the capacity of accommodating 1 more person in sofa-bed.


A vehicle is recommended. Pets are not allowed. Smoking permitted only outside.
