It is a residence of 95m2 with living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a spacious shaded veranda with view to the sea and the common pool and has also a private BBQ with dining area. It can accommodate 4 persons.


A vehicle is recommended. Pets are not allowed. Smoking permitted only outside.
